Finance Manager – Business Controlling

Join Grid Technologies – Solutions as Finance Manager and assume full responsibility for financial management reporting, performance analysis and financial governance. Leading a team of finance professionals, you will deliver reliable monthly, forecast and budget reports and ensure group-wide compliance with IFRS/Local-GAAP requirements. As a finance business partner you work closely with line management and drive strategic initiatives for sustainable value creation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Own Management Reporting and KPI benchmarking for the GT SO HV UK & I business area

· Provide decision-relevant financial data to region and execution unit

· Ensure budget, forecast and outlook processes including monthly project reviews

· Manage and harmonise all finance and ERP systems (SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Jedox)

· Define a digitalisation roadmap together with SE finance digitalisation teams

· Act as key contact for internal & external audits, ICFR controls and project accounting

· Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

What You Bring

· Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent qualification

· CIMA or equivalent professional certification

· Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in business controlling, preferably in a project business environment

· Proven expertise in budget and forecasting processes as well as financial planning & analysis

· Strong communication skills and confident executive presence in an international setting

· Excellent MS-Office/Excel skills; experience with SAP and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Jedox) preferred
