Customer Care Representative (f/m/d) – Heat Pumps

Job Description

• You are the first point of contact for customers after the sale and guide them to contract signature.
• You assist clients with subsidy applications whenever needed.
• You build trusted customer relationships and prepare clients perfectly for the next process step.
• You keep customer data clean and up-to-date in our CRM.
• You deliver an outstanding customer experience, excite clients about Enpal and turn them into fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, accurate and reliable working style
• Friendly, open-minded and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset, professional phone manner and engaging voice
• Experience in telephone sales/consulting plus excellent German (C1+)
• Self-organised team player who can work independently
• Performance-driven with clear goals and high quality standards
