QC Engineer (Goleniów)

Administration Engineering

Are you committed to ensuring quality excellence in manufacturing? We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our site in Goleniow, to conduct audits, enhance quality systems, and support operational improvements in a dynamic plant environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, are certified in ISO practices, and wish to contribute meaningfully, this position allows you to enhance quality from the ground floor. Join Vestas as a full time, on site QC Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the plant’s quality system in alignment with the global BMS, including document control and certification processes
  • Coordinate and execute internal audits across manufacturing processes, products, and third-party standards, conducting at least three audits annually
  • Develop and update documentation and procedures for QC certification processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Manage Quality Change Requests and ensure accurate data registration in systems like Axapta
  • Actively support plant operations by participating in cross-functional meetings and quality-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
  • 3–6 years (D2) or 7+ years (D3) of experience
  • Certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • HSE training qualifications or knowledge
  • Fluent in English

  • Solid understanding of ISO-based quality systems
  • Demonstrates proficient strategic thinking and skilled decision-making abilities
  • Proficient analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement
  • A goal-oriented individual who prioritises effective collaboration and open communication within team settings
