Job Description

• Back-office support of our customers along their customer journey and process-safe preparation of contract handling.
• Liaise with partner managers when documents or data are missing to complete the customer file.
• Interface between sales and non-customer-facing departments; close collaboration with partner managers and team leads.

Qualifications

• Likeable, open-minded and strong communicator.
• Distinct team spirit and high service orientation.
• Self-driven and well-organised – you keep the overview even in busy periods.
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken.
