Your responsibilities

• Independently manage installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Customer visits throughout the Berlin region with a fully equipped service van
• Mentor and support apprentices or trainees during installation work
• Work closely with planners, logistics, and customer service to optimize installations
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and efficiency through specialization and digitization

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician (sanitation, heating & cooling) with focus on heating technology or comparable qualification with installation experience
• Ideally previous heat-pump experience and desire to specialize further
• Strong customer focus and commitment to high-quality results
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for modern, digital workflows
