Retail Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Heidelberg Bahnhofstraße (2026)

During your three-year trainee programme at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and warehousing to customer consultation, checkout and back-office tasks. You will present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, manage orders, support marketing campaigns and ensure smooth store operations. You will take on responsibility in the grocery, cheese, bakery and bistro sections.

Your tasks:

• Presenting high-quality organic foods in an appealing way
• Providing comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Operating checkouts and balancing tills
• Planning and implementing promotions and seasonal displays
• Organising orders, receiving goods, quality checks and storage
• Contributing to sales campaigns and seasonal placements
