Apprenticeships: Retail Sales Assistant or Retail Merchant
Working hours: 37.5 h/week full-time
Holiday: 36 days per year

Monthly gross salary (varies by federal state):

• Year 1: from €1,190
• Year 2: from €1,290
• Year 3: from €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Intro theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Practical work on organic farms or in organic production sites
• In-depth knowledge of organic foods & Alnatura product range
• Retail practice: merchandising, freshness control, checkout, customer advice
• Organisational tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
