Your responsibilities

• Help shape the entire group accounting together with the VP Accounting and the team
• Independently manage our partner companies
• Ensure timely posting and processing of daily business (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and accrual entries)
• Check invoices and payment transactions
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and prepare and analyse target-actual comparisons

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training with professional experience, ideally as a tax clerk
• Experience in financial and payroll accounting preferred
• Sound knowledge of Datev and MS Excel
• Precise, accurate and structured way of working plus enthusiasm for implementing and improving (digital) processes
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
