Business Development Representative (f/m/x)

Sales Business Development

As a Business Development Representative (f/m/x) you identify and qualify new business opportunities for our climate-protection software solutions. You build targeted relationships with decision-makers in industrial companies and guide them on the path to more sustainable processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and qualification of new B2B customers
  • Phone and written communication with executives
  • Presentation of our sustainability solutions and their added value
  • Close collaboration with the sales team to prepare contract closures
  • Maintenance and updating of our CRM system
  • Market analysis and identification of trends in climate-neutral industry

What you bring:

  • First practical experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Interest in sustainability, climate protection and digital transformation
  • High initiative and goal orientation
  • Fluent German and good English skills
