Your Responsibilities
- As Application Owner you manage the Microsoft CRM system throughout its entire lifecycle: administration, customization, documentation, 2nd-level support and coordination of upgrades and releases.
- You translate business needs from marketing, corporate communications, sales and quality management into CRM processes and design appropriate solutions.
- From specification through testing to go-live, you guide users and provide training and support.
- You coordinate external CRM service providers for enhancements and 3rd-level support.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training; career changers with relevant CRM experience welcome.
- Several years of hands-on experience in CRM system maintenance or projects.
- Solid understanding of CRM customizing, interfaces and data models; experience with Microsoft CRM or SAP C/4HANA preferred.
- Analytical mindset, process orientation and ability to structure functional requirements.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and self-motivation combined with a structured, results-oriented approach.
