EV Sales Specialist (B2C)

Octopus Energy is growing its Electric Vehicle Sales Team in Weybridge and is looking for a B2C EV Sales Specialist to manage end-to-end customer journeys for our salary-sacrifice leasing product.

What you’ll do

• Qualify, advise and convert inbound leads into electric-vehicle leases
• Own the full sales cycle—from first call to delivery—while exceeding monthly targets
• Track and progress live orders; ensure flawless customer experience
• Record customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Build strategic relationships with internal teams, consumers and business partners

What you’ll need

• 2+ years B2C sales experience (SDR, software or recruitment backgrounds welcome)
• Comfort with CRM and digital sales workflows
• Proven target-hitting record and passion for customer service
• Resilience, curiosity and excellent communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for EVs, sustainability and fast-paced start-up environments
• Experience in fleet, leasing or salary-sacrifice sales is a plus

Package: Uncapped commission + generous car allowance; work 3 days per week from our new Weybridge office.
