• Acquire and advise new customers on-site about our integrated energy solutions.
• Collect and verify key technical data to confirm system feasibility.
• Keep growing your personal network and customer base.
• Turn qualified leads into signed contracts through persuasive, needs-based selling.
• Receive regular feedback and coaching to continuously raise your performance.

Qualifications

• Several years of field- or solution-sales experience with complex products.
• Charismatic, outgoing communicator and loyal team player.
• Result- and solution-oriented mindset; positive, winning personality.
• Strong ambition for personal growth and long-term career development.
• Self-driven, highly motivated and passionate about closing deals.
• Valid class-B driving licence.
• Business-fluent German, written and spoken.
