Your responsibilities

Central management of the entire vehicle life cycle from procurement to registration and decommissioning for all sites
Administration of leasing contracts, insurance, fuel cards and fulfilment of all statutory owner obligations
Analysis and optimisation of fleet costs (TCO) as well as claims management
Further development of the fleet strategy with a focus on sustainability, electrification and charging infrastructure
Planning and control of maintenance, MOT, tyre changes and quality assurance of external service providers

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical training or degree in logistics/business administration
Several years of professional experience in fleet management on a comparable scale
Proficient in fleet software and MS Excel; knowledge of leasing and tax law advantageous
Strong organisational skills, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel within Baden-Württemberg
