Your Day in a Nutshell
As Head of Supply Chain Solutions you lead and coordinate Tiger Teams directly at supplier sites, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution and crisis management—on-site at supplier plants so you can spot disruptions instantly and anchor executable countermeasures.

Impact You Will Create

Lead high-calibre Tiger Teams to stabilise critical programmes and safeguard key delivery commitments
Drive executive alignment on root causes, risk strategies and supplier-development roadmaps
Challenge suppliers at technical, operational and leadership levels to advance maturity and capability
Influence cross-functional stakeholders for rapid decision-making and disciplined execution
Ensure transparency & accountability through KPIs, structured reviews and escalation governance
Identify structural weaknesses in the supply base and steer strategic improvement initiatives

What You Bring

University degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or comparable technical discipline
Extensive professional experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive), preferably focused on supplier performance, operations or quality leadership
Proven track record of leading cross-functional crisis / turnaround initiatives at senior level with hands-on site engagement
Advanced command of root-cause analysis, Lean & Six Sigma, data-driven decision-making
Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence all organisational levels and supplier leadership teams
Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems and industrial standards combined with ability to assess supplier capabilities and drive strategic improvement
