Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

Our heat pump was developed in Sweden and is manufactured in our factory in Poland. In our own craft businesses across Germany, more than 300 professionals are already working to enable our customers to switch to clean energy seamlessly.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
• Provide comprehensive customer advice and, when necessary, forward issues to the appropriate departments
• Capture and maintain customer data and orders in the CRM system
• Process complaints and issues quickly and solution-oriented
• Document customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
• Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers
• Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
• High service and solution orientation
• Confident use of MS Office, CRM and call-center software
• Good written and spoken German and English
