About the Role
Zipline is hiring Maintenance Technicians who combine technical skill, safety focus and passion for cutting-edge technology. You will execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our unmanned aircraft (UAS) to guarantee airworthiness, FAA compliance and full documentation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain aircraft per CAMP & GMM manuals and FAA regulations
- Ensure safe operation through precise mechanical, electrical and software work
- Collaborate with engineering, flight ops and quality teams
- Document all actions accurately

Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent mechatronics experience
- Assembly & integration experience with complex systems
- Willingness to work night shift (11 pm-7 am), weekends and travel 5–10 % (first 3 months 80 %+ for training)
- U.S. work authorization & driver’s license required
- Lift and handle up to 55 lbs safely
- Safety-sensitive role: pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing
- 6-month contract with full-time conversion potential

Preferred
- FAA Repairmen certificate eligibility
- Remote pilot certificate (Part 107) or manned license
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree welcomed
