How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for the role who can Ensures all the NCs in Virtual Plant have been flow smoothly with high quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Coordinate the rework flow between Quality teams and Virtual Plant
• Participate in relevant meetings and events in Virtual Plant
• ​Create Non-Conformance in the quality management system Qsys
• ​Coordinate the tasks in relation to Non-Conformance (start up and close the tasks)
• Communicate status on Non-Conformance tasks to Virtual Plant ​
• Make transactions in SAP in relation to rework originated to a Non-Conformance ​
• Work in accordance with the Siemens Gamesa safety and quality processes
• The  NC managers mission is to secure high quality and timeliness in all registrations of deviations in parts incoming from supplier until point of use. All registrations must be monitored, and lead time reduced to a minimum. Furthermore the NC manager should also participate or manage the daily Q team meetings.​ ​
• Function is expected independently to manage deviations in NC system and ensure that action responsible persons respond to assignments, so business suffer minimal impact from deviation. Trends from the system must be extracted to show trends and KPI tracking.  
• Contributing to the culture of failure prevention program and upholding Compliance guidelines is a prerequisite in this position.
• Take over NCR after reporting from Reporter Ensure data quality before assigning task to others
• Ensure task responsible persons keep deadlines and that the task is solved with high quality solutions
• Ensure that items are physical and system-wise correctly marked and tagged throughout the deviation handling     
• Reduce impact of NCRs by prioritization and reduction of lead time  Challenge "use as is" decisions and ask for change of specifications    
• Influence startup of CAPA/8D root cause analysis based on individual deviation and trends     
• Extract data and create reports that show trends and status on relevant KPI
