We are looking for an EPC Project Manager (m/f/d) to take full ownership of large-scale commercial new-energy projects from first concept to final commissioning.

Your responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for major roof-top PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure and energy-management systems
• Cost, schedule and resource planning; ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality delivery
• Develop technical concepts together with planning & engineering (roof layout, string design, low-voltage switchgear, transformers, MV stations)
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and service providers on complex GC sites
• Maintain proactive stakeholder management with clients, grid operators and authorities
• Optionally act as site manager / construction supervisor, enforcing technical and safety standards

Your profile

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical or Civil Engineering or similar
• 1–2 years proven EPC experience in commercial/industrial PV; track record of successful large projects
• Strong technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, MS stations and applicable standards
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high assertiveness on large construction sites
• Willingness to travel within central Germany (north/east); negotiation-level German (C-level) and good English
• Resilience, clear communication and structured working style
