Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems - 1KOMMA5° Magdeburg

At 1KOMMA5° we develop Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy-software platform. It links PV plants, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant so our customers can get more out of their energy and operate their systems more profitably.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise on and sell our integrated product portfolio (PV, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, „Heartbeat“ energy-management system) to single-family homeowners and small businesses in the Magdeburg area
• Independently schedule and structure customer appointments, consultations and quotations
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° group
• Accompany customers from first contact to contract signing with transparent communication
• Coordinate closely with project management and site supervision for seamless hand-over and successful project completion
• Help shape the continuous improvement of our sales processes

Your profile:

• Highly motivated to start a sales career or already experienced in selling complex products, ideally PV and/or heat pumps
• Strong communication skills, empathetic and outgoing personality
• Solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Eagerness to keep learning in a dynamic industry
• Excellent written and spoken German
