Your responsibilities

• Sell our full product range – PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and Heartbeat – to homeowners and small businesses.
• Schedule and manage customer meetings, consultations and proposals independently.
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° group and focus on advising and closing.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signature and hand over to project coordination and technical site management.
• Contribute your ideas to continuously improve our sales processes.

Your profile

• First sales experience or high motivation to start – ideally with technical products such as PV or heat pumps.
• Strong communicator with an empathetic, transparent style.
• Basic technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Passion for sustainable energy solutions and personal development.
