It connects PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling customers to maximise self-consumption and system profitability. As a one-stop shop we deliver everything from consultation and planning to installation and digital control – for carbon-free living, heating and charging.

Your mission

As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you advise and sell integrated energy solutions – PV, battery, heat pump, wallbox and our Heartbeat energy manager – to single-family homeowners and small businesses in Seevetal and surrounding areas. You independently acquire new customers, work high-quality leads provided by 1KOMMA5° and guide projects from initial inquiry to contract signing. You schedule and prepare offers efficiently and collaborate closely with project coordination and site management to ensure smooth handovers and satisfied customers.

Your profile

• First sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales; background in complex consumer products (e.g. PV, heat pumps) advantageous
• Strong communicator with empathy and excellent German skills
• Solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organised, proactive and eager to develop continuously
