Senior Tender Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will manage the entire tender process for wind energy projects in the Central region. You will prepare competitive, technically sound and financially viable bids and develop project-specific installation and logistics concepts.

Your responsibilities

• Strategic planning and leadership of the tender process for projects in the Central region
• Creation and evaluation of construction schedules in MS Project considering regional standards
• Development of tailored installation and logistics concepts with crane, transport and assembly partners
• Performing cost and risk analyses and deriving negotiation strategies
• Presenting results to the Project Board
• On-site technical assessment of wind farm sites and coordination with customers
• Active participation in contract negotiations including technical contents

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in wind energy
• Proficient in MS Project and Excel, AutoCAD and GIS beneficial
• Negotiation-level German and English
• Experience working with international, interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills plus intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel within the Central region
