To make our robotaxi service a reality, we are building the new business domain „System-of-Systems“. Here we integrate all sub-systems into one end-to-end service and ensure that our HiL simulation infrastructure is always available to run release-regression tests.

As (Senior) Test Operations Manager you will own budget & financial planning of the simulation infrastructure, coordinate external partners, manage procurement for extensions and guarantee a failure-free test operation.

What you bring

• Several years of experience operating complex test infrastructures
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent organisation and self-driven mindset

Nice-to-have:

• Solid understanding of automotive test processes
• Hands-on experience with HiL system testing
