Your responsibilities

• Service and repair of air-to-water heat pumps at customers' homes throughout Northern Germany
• On-the-road assignments in a fully equipped service van
• Close collaboration with planners, logistics and customer support
• Help shape efficient, digitalised service processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician, refrigeration mechanic or similar, plus service experience
• Refrigeration certificate preferred – or willingness to obtain it at our expense
• Team player with strong customer focus and a flair for digital tools
• Willingness to perform standby/out-of-hours duties
