Your responsibilities

• Lead a crew of installers and trainees mounting air-to-water heat pumps at customers' homes
• Work actively on installation projects and mentor new team members
• Ensure process compliance, consistently high installation quality and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with regional management, planners and Operations Excellence to secure smooth workflows and improve processes
• Coordinate with the Academy on recruiting and training new staff

Your profile

• Master craftsperson or experienced journeyman in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning with focus on heating; heat-pump know-how is an asset
• Up-to-date expertise and proven customer-site experience
• First leadership experience with strong technical and interpersonal recognition
• Strong customer focus and commitment to outstanding results
• Comfortable in modern, digital work environments and a true team player
