Retail Management Apprenticeship – Miltenberg (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store: purchasing, customer advice, checkout, promotions planning, goods-in and quality control. You work actively in daily operations, advise customers on organic products and take responsibility for shelves, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office.

Your tasks

• attractively presenting premium organic food
• providing comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• operating the checkout and balancing the till
• implementing marketing campaigns
• organising ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• supporting sales promotions and seasonal displays

• good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• enjoy working with people
