Retail Sales Apprenticeship - Neutraubling (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department – shelf stocking, checkout, bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office. You will master the full product range, present organic goods attractively, advise customers expertly, process orders, receive goods and manage storage and promotions. Access to our e-learning platform “Knowledge makes ORGANIC”, 36 days’ holiday (6-day week), fixed training salary (Year 1 €1,200, Year 2 €1,250, Year 3 €1,300 gross/month), 20 % staff discount, corporate benefits platform, annual team events.
