Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (m/f/d) – Organic Retail Pforzheim 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt Pforzheim-Am Mühlkanal you will rotate through every department: shelves, produce, cheese & fresh counter, bistro and back office. You will learn product presentation, organic food customer consultancy, ordering and storage processes as well as cashier and marketing tasks.

Your profile

• good secondary-school leaving certificate
• enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• organisational talent and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and sustainability topics
