Retail Sales Apprenticeship – Cologne-Deutzer Freiheit (2026)

At Denns BioMarkt your apprenticeship covers every area of the store – from goods receiving and cheese & bakery counters to back-office operations. You will learn to advise customers expertly on organic products, present merchandise attractively and help ensure smooth daily operations. Checkout processes, warehousing and promotional activities are part of the role, as is supporting our in-store bistro.

Your responsibilities:

• Presentation and maintenance of our premium organic range
• Competent, friendly customer service and advice
• Goods-in, storage and shelf-ready preparation
• Checkout operation and accurate cash reconciliation
• Implementation of sales promotions and marketing activities
