Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Leipzig-Höfe am Brühl (2026)

During your three-year retail sales apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods-in & warehousing to fresh-food counters and the checkout. You will present organic produce attractively, advise customers knowledgeably on natural foods, operate the till, organise ordering and stock movements, and actively promote products across deli, bakery and bistro sections. You will also help plan and implement promotions, seasonal displays and marketing campaigns.

Your tasks

• Eye-catching presentation of premium organic foods and replenishment of shelves
• Competent, friendly customer advice on our organic range
• Cash-handling and accurate balancing of tills
• Implementation of advertising measures and promotional activities
• Order processing, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Supporting the planning and execution of sales campaigns and seasonal placements
