Time Management Specialist (f/m/d) – Project Support

Workload: 80–100 % | Location: Baden | Fixed-term for 6 months

To strengthen our HR team during a transformation project we are looking for a qualified Time Management Specialist to support daily operations and the rollout of a new, state-of-the-art time-tracking system.

Your responsibilities

Operational tasks (approx. 30–40 %)

• Administer and monitor Interflex and SAP time management systems
• Analyse and resolve system errors together with IT and external vendors
• Perform month-end controls and guarantee smooth payroll runs
• Drive process improvements and act as deputy for the senior specialist

Project tasks – new system rollout (approx. 50–60 %)

• Capture time-data changes and handle user queries
• Validate time records, shift models and overtime/on-call allowances
• Create test scenarios for shift work, document defects and escalate to tech support
• Ensure data quality before go-live and train HR teams

Your profile

• HR qualification plus several years of time-management experience (Interflex 6020/6040 preferred)
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in SAP Time (PT, PA, PY modules)
• Sound knowledge of shift operations, workforce scheduling and Swiss labour-law requirements
• Project exposure and very good German and English skills
