As a Business Partner Cost Controlling you act as the key finance advisor for our global Wind Power functions. You steer personnel and operational cost-center costs, prepare budgets, forecasts and reports, and identify saving potential. By leveraging Power BI you drive digitalization and standardization and support roll-out of new processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts for cost centres
• Ensure cost-absorption processes and standardize cost-center procedures
• Derive cost-reduction potential and create decision papers for management
• Coordinate forecast and budget cycles, implement global guidelines
• Check accuracy and compliance of Purchase Orders
• Advise business-area managers as a business-oriented controller
• Push harmonisation & digitalisation with Power BI and SAP
• Shape new tools and processes, simplify reporting

What You Bring

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 5+ years of professional experience in cost-center controlling, wind industry preferred
• Solid skills in SAP, Power BI and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills, affinity for numbers
• Fluent English, experience in international teams
