Role

As Customer Success Manager you guide customers from scheduling to final installation, ensuring smooth processes. You handle incoming tickets, coordinate rescheduling and route specialist enquiries to the right teams. Using relevant KPIs you manage workflows transparently and help us continuously improve service processes.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or equivalent experience in customer support/project management
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Basic technical understanding of chatbots and automated processes
  • Passion for continuous process optimisation in an agile environment
  • Fluent German and good English
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Berlin office
