Engineering Manager Authentication & Authorization (f/m/x)

Job Description

As Engineering Manager Authentication & Authorization you take end-to-end ownership of security-critical identity and access components of our platform. You lead a passionate team, drive the technical roadmap and ensure scalability, compliance and highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Build, lead and continuously develop a high-performing team of engineers focused on authentication & authorization
• Full lifecycle ownership: from architecture and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement of security-critical services
• Technology roadmap ownership in collaboration with Product & Design to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Establish best practices, code quality, security standards and ensure audit-readiness throughout the development process

Requirements

• Excellent track record as an engineer or engineering manager with expertise in Authentication & Authorization, Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity
• Proven technical proficiency and hands-on mentality combined with leadership experience in product-driven companies
• Strong “end-to-end ownership” mindset: you independently bring products and core components from concept to production
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus
