Head of Corporate Real Estate Management Berlin Region (f/m/d)

Your day at a glance

As Head of Real Estate Berlin Region you provide industrial and office space at Siemens Energy where we develop and market products for the energy transition. You negotiate leases, optimise property operations and manage construction projects – flexibly on site and remote.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 70-member team and steer complex organisational structures
• Stakeholder management with internal units and external partners (brokers, landlords, FM providers)
• Strategic site and real estate management: market analyses, leasing, acquisitions and disposals
• Prepare decision papers for Board and senior management
• Cost, investment and space optimisation including budget ownership
• Project control for construction, maintenance and FM projects ensuring compliance, H&S and legal requirements

Your profile

• University degree in business or engineering with real-estate focus or comparable professional qualification
• Several years of responsible experience in Corporate Real Estate with proven senior-management exposure
• Demonstrated leadership experience, team and organisational development
• Expert knowledge of real-estate markets, CREM processes and site concepts
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for preparing Board presentations
• Willingness to travel within Berlin region and across Germany
