HR Administrator (m/f/d) Part-time

We are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) in part-time (25 hrs./week) for our production site in Hamm, initially on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.

Your tasks

• Time management: maintaining time-recording, correcting bookings and handling absence management
• Payroll preparation: compiling monthly payroll data together with the HR Manager and liaising with external payroll provider
• HR reporting & analytics: producing regular reports (sickness rate, fluctuation, holiday accruals) to support HR decisions
• Administration: preparing employment contracts, references and certificates; maintaining digital personnel files
• Employee support: answering queries on time accounts, payroll and administrative processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with HR focus (e.g. industrial clerk or office management clerk)
• Professional experience in HR administration and confident use of time-management systems
• Basic knowledge of payroll and of wage-tax and social-security law
• Enjoy preparing data and creating meaningful reports (MS Excel, Google Workspace)
• Experience with HR software such as DATEV, Personio or SAP is an advantage
