Commercial Manager (m/f/d) – Rhineland

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy software platform Heartbeat, creating a virtual power plant that connects customers’ PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers – increasing yields and enabling carbon-neutral buildings. As a one-stop-shop we sell and install smart energy systems; our technology division drives the global roll-out of the Heartbeat software.

Your mission

• Optimize existing systems and develop lean, scalable processes
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the organization and provide operational support
• Own performance controlling, financial monitoring & forecasting together with the management
• Establish unified standards with regional teams and the global finance department
• Analyse installation efficiency and order profitability to uncover optimisation potential
• Manage receivables and secure healthy cash flow
• Support branch offices in strategic and operational projects and take project ownership for key initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, finance or similar plus several years of controlling experience
• Proven experience working with executives and presenting financial data to C-level
• Willingness to travel within our Rhineland locations
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel), ideally LucaNet and DATEV
