Material Handling Operator

Role overview

As a Material Handling Operator at Siemens Energy in Amersfoort you ensure that materials and semi-finished products are moved, stored and administratively processed on time, safely and efficiently within our production and warehouses. You operate forklift and reach trucks, scan inventory movements and report deviations to the logistics coordinator.

Your tasks

• Supply production cells according to pick lists;
• Check incoming goods for correctness and completeness;
• Administer movements in the ERP system (SAP);
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse;
• Contribute to optimizing material flows.

What you bring

• MBO level, preferably logistics or technical background;
• Valid forklift certificate and reach-truck experience;
• SAP or similar ERP knowledge is a plus;
• Independent, accurate working style;
• Willingness to work 2-shift pattern.
