Procurement & Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d)

With 2,300 qualified employees, Deutsche Windtechnik is a leading independent service partner for maintenance, repair and inspection of wind turbines. To strengthen our central procurement team we are looking for a committed colleague (m/f/d) at our site in Büdelsdorf.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and analyse ERP and controlling reports
• Provide professional contract and documentation management
• Process and coordinate special purchase orders
• Handle operational procurement activities incl. delivery monitoring
• Check order confirmations and enter relevant data in the ERP system
• Contribute to projects and identify process optimisation potential

What you bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• First experience in contract management, purchasing or a comparable role
• Solid MS-Office skills; ideally experience with ERP or contract-management systems
• Analytical, structured working style with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented, proactive and reliable
