Specialist Market Communication & Switching Processes (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Process and monitor all supplier switching procedures under GPKE and GeLi Gas
• Handle electronic data exchange with market partners
• Resolve billing discrepancies with counterparties
• Single point of contact for market partners via e-mail & phone
• Support energy forecasts for balance-responsible parties
• Identify and fix system & process issues together with customer service and development

Your profile

• ≥1 year experience in the German energy market
• Tech-savvy and passionate about solving tricky cases
• Solution-oriented mindset, process improvement focus and decision-making confidence
• Excellent German; English is a plus
• Customer-service background, certified energy specialist or related degree preferred
