Role

• Own daily refinancing operations within the Asset Management team
• Ensure PV systems are refinanced quickly and without error
• Analyze and improve operational processes together with Product, Customer Success, Quality Management and IoT Monitoring

Qualifications

• Solid operations experience in start-ups or scale-ups
• Strong ability to structure complex tasks and deliver practical solutions
• Excellent time-management skills and sense of ownership
• Passion for solving operational challenges and continuously improving processes
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills
