Job Description

• Contact pre-qualified leads and act as the first point of contact for heat-pump inquiries.
• Assess technical feasibility and prepare customers optimally for the next sales steps.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site sales appointments for our field consultants.
• Maintain customer and appointment data accurately in our CRM system.
• Create an outstanding customer experience that turns prospects into enthusiastic brand advocates.
• Contribute directly to company success as a key member of our sales team.

Qualifications

• Efficient, conscientious and self-organised working style.
• Outgoing, likeable personality with strong communication skills.
• Confident, convincing phone manner and excellent German language skills.
• First experience in telephone-based customer service is a plus.
• Team player with ambition, performance drive and high quality standards.
• Passionate about a fixed salary plus unlimited commission and direct impact on the energy transition.
