Job Description

• Project management: operational and planning support until completion of PV and heat-pump systems
• Team leadership: coordinate multiple teams to ensure smooth, efficient installations
• Technical support: close collaboration with teams, coordinate workflows and first point of contact for on-site technical issues
• Cross-functional cooperation: regular exchange with quality management and logistics to reach common goals

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as electrician (energy & building technology preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the electrical field
• Experience in project management or site management preferred
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Team player with independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Valid class B driving licence
• Confident MS-Office user
