Working Student Software Development and Data Governance (m/f/d)

Are you interested in the intersection of data, industrial application, research, consulting and policy, and do you have programming skills? Join the Competence Centre Energy Data and Digital Energy Transition (KEDi) in Halle and help develop digital solutions that advance the energy transition.

Your tasks:

• Co-develop new scenarios for our industrial demonstrator model
• Extend front- and back-end of interactive web applications (KEDi website)
• Process energy data and contribute to dashboard development
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Prepare energy-related content visually for expert and public audiences

Your profile:

• Enrolled in engineering, STEM or computer-science programmes
• Solid programming skills; ideally C# (back-end), React (front-end) and Python
• Interest in UX/UI design and appealing data visualisation
• Passion for creative knowledge transfer between people, models and software
