Join us and leave your mark.</p> <h3>Job Description</h3> <p>As a working student in our CRM team you will take operational responsibility for heat-pump CRM, create and analyse multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, RCS) via Braze, collaborate closely with CRM, Content, Data and Tech on new automations, prepare campaign reports to improve targeting and messaging, and ensure full GDPR and compliance alignment.</p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p>Enrolled in business, engineering or tech-related studies; first experience in operations, project management or consulting; strong Excel/Sheets skills and enthusiasm for KPI-driven work; hands-on, structured and reliable; fluent German.</p> <h3>Additional Information</h3> <p>Modern Berlin-Friedrichshain office with remote options, rooftop terrace, free drinks, table tennis & yoga, monthly all-hands, lunch & learn sessions, vibrant team culture and regular events.
