Retail Apprentice / Trainee (f/m/d) – Pulheim 2026

During your 3-year retail apprentice programme at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every aspect of food retail – from product presentation and customer advice to checkout, logistics and marketing campaigns. You will competently advise customers on organic products, keep shelves attractive, manage ordering and stock, and support promotions. Working independently, teamwork and customer focus are key.

Your tasks

• Present and maintain the organic product range
• Advise and sell to customers
• Operate checkout and balance cash
• Receive, check and store goods
• Help implement promotions and seasonal displays
• Support bistro and back-office activities
