Your tasks

• Independent construction management of heat-pump projects for plumbing & HVAC—focus on single- and multi-family homes
• Organise and coordinate our subcontractors on site—from installation to final acceptance
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality targets
• Supervise sites in your region and occasionally beyond
• Technical alignment with planning, sales and customers
• Document progress and report to the “engine room”

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in plumbing/HVAC with master craftsman title or equivalent
• Several years’ site-management experience, preferably with heat pumps
• Strong organisation, assertiveness and structured working style
• Experience coordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Class B driver’s licence
