Ready to dive into the world of Talent Acquisition and grow your network? Join our People & Relations team - a colorful set of 17 professionals across Berlin and Hamburg. Our team is made up of three different focus areas: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering. You will join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, where the magic of recruitment happens.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process. Along with gaining real-world experience in interviewing candidates for various teams, you’ll support the onboarding process of new team members - from pre-boarding to their first days. You'll ensure our new joiners have a seamless and memorable start at MOIA, making their transition into the team smooth and exciting!
Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.
Since this is an internship, the salary for this position is 12.85 EUR/hour. We are looking for someone to join us 40 hours per week for six months, ideally starting 01.01.2025. We look forward to your application!

We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
