Your responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and on-site customer service
• Deliver sales presentations to corporate and private clients
• Handle contracts, invoicing and booking transactions
• Process complaints and general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Strong MS-Office skills
• Native-level German, good English an advantage
• High accuracy, reliability and team orientation
• Interest in environmental and sustainability issues
