How to contribute to our vision:

Main tasks:

Negotiate product requirements with customer to standardize and optimize.

Coordinate activities between team members to accomplish in time and quality with agreed deliverables.

Being part of the design team, with the following activities:

  • Develop conceptual mechanical design of product according to requirements.
  • Develop detailed mechanical design of product according to requirements.
  • Create and modify technical specifications in Microsoft Word.
  • Create and modify bills of materials.
  • Create and modify 3D CAD parts.
  • Create and modify sheet metal 3D CAD parts.
  • Create and modify 3D CAD assemblies.
  • Create and modify 2D CAD drawings.
  • Import and submit PDF drawings for review in PLM.
  • Participate in technical meetings.
  • Inspect prototypes.
  • Provide support to suppliers.
  • Provide support to factories.
  • Travel on demandto our workplaces in Madrid,Valencia or Brande (Denmark).

General Deliverables:

  • Technical specifications.
  • Technical reports.
  • Calculation reports.
  • Coordination reports.
  • New designs.
  • Bills of materials.
  • 3D CAD parts.
  • 3D CAD assemblies.
  • Drawings.

Computer:

  • Expert user in Computer-Aided Design (CAD):
  • CATIA.
  • Expert user in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM):
  • Windchill.
  • Advanced user inword processing:
  • Microsoft Word.

What You Need to Make a Difference

Deep knowledge of:

  • Metallic materials and their international standards.
  • Manufacturing technologies and forming by deformation and cutting.
  • Especially cold stamping and sheet metal forming, welding forming, material removal forming, metals forming and numerical control.
  • Fasteners and their international standards.
  • Surface treatments.
  • Coatings.
  • Protection against corrosion.
  • Protection against liquids and dust.
  • Sheet metal design.
  • Fits.
  • Analysis of tolerances.
  • Analysis of cost reduction.
  • Technical drawing and its international standards.
  • Production and manufacturing systems.
  • Space vision.
  • Creativity.
  • Orientation to objectives,customerand costs.
